About Molly

Born in Bath, Molly spent her early career in design and marketing before following her passion for health and movement into sports massage therapy. Now a qualified Level 4 practitioner having trained at Team Bath, she brings together her passions of health and fitness and of working with all types of people to the treatment room.

Molly works with a wide range of clients — from competitive athletes to anyone carrying general tightness, aches, or niggling injuries that are getting in the way of everyday life. She is a firm believer that you don't need to be an athlete to benefit from sports massage.

Molly combines advanced soft tissue techniques with thorough assessment to get to the root of what’s going on — and to get you back to doing what you love. She uses a targeted approach to release tension, restore range of motion and help you feel yourself again.

Location

Treatments

The treatments below can all be booked as stand alone or as a combination session. If you are unsure of which to book please feel free to get in touch.

Sports massage
& stretch

A targeted manual therapy combining deep tissue massage techniques and trigger point therapy with active and passive stretching to relieve tension and improve range of motion. Aids with better flexibility, faster recovery and injury prevention.

Deep tissue
massage

Full deep tissue massage to lessen  muscle tension by targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Deep tissue massage relieves chronic pain, breaks down scar tissue from old injuries, improves mobility and reduces stress.

Myofascial cupping therapy

Dry cups are used to complement deep tissue massage and ease tension. Cupping works in the opposite way to massage by pulling tissue upwards rather than pushing down. The vacuum effect improves how muscles and fascia sit together and increases blood flow for faster healing. Helps with pain relief, mobility and faster recovery.

“Molly was so lovely and is just brilliant at what she does - almost instant relief for my tight back and shoulders, I will be booking another session for next week; cannot recommend her highly enough.”
